This project focused on developing a cohesive plan set for a row-style residential redevelopment, including both existing conditions and proposed layouts.
The design approach aimed to bring the home back to a more traditional Baltimore rowhouse character, while introducing subtle, modern updates to improve function and overall flow.
Working within the constraints of the existing structure, the goal was to create drawings that felt clear, organized, and easy to build from—not just on paper, but in practice.
The process involved translating measured conditions into accurate plans, refining layouts through iteration, and structuring the set so everything reads clearly from start to finish.
